Pulaski County Inmate Mail
Personal mail from family and friends is digitally delivered through tablets. The jail mail page gives the current personal mail address format as Pulaski County Jail, KY, inmate first and last legal name plus inmate identifier, P.O. Box 247, Phoenix, MD 21131. The sender must include full name and physical address. Only personal mail such as letters, pictures, and drawings should go to that Phoenix address.
Do not send checks, money orders, or attorney-client privileged mail to the Phoenix mail-processing address. Mail that does not meet policy may be returned or placed in inmate property. No information is released if it interferes with or jeopardizes facility safety, administration, or inmate safety, and no information detrimental to another inmate is released. Inmate records are retained five years under the policy references, including admission and release records.
